THE MEDICAL INSURANCE CRISIS
ABUSE - by
John and Jane Selfish, Dr. Greed Fear, Attorney Know Your Legal
Rights and THE Ivory Tower
Insurance Corporation has spelled the demise
of the medical insurance
security blanket. Each share in the
blame of the medical insurance crisis.
John and Jane Selfish think insurance should pay anything
for everything especially based
on today's outrageous insurance premiums. There is a lack of understanding as
to what insurance is and should provide. And there are fewer relationships
between doctor and patient to discuss and work together when needed.
Dr. Greed Fear
historically had "a golden egg" called insurance
to pay anything for everything.
Because of that abuse, managed care evolved. Today, treatment and care has decreased
because insurance companies also became
very greedy. And fear of litigation
meant legal medicine was necessary to protect
the Doctor.
Attorney Know Your Legal Rights recognized "a good
payer source" called insurance.
And the Attorney has "a golden
opportunity" because Selfish, Greed and Fear are available
clients. Attorneys write the insurance
contracts that are sold by
commissioned insurance agents. They are involved on both sides of the
insurance crisis.
Last but not least is The Ivory Tower Insurance Corporation.
It is all about money and profits. After all, isn’t that just “good American
business”? Dollars signs have replaced human compassion.
WHAT CAN
BE DONE ABOUT THIS CRISIS
For Starters - John
and Jane Selfish will need to
change their last name. They need to be fair, honest, and take
responsibility for some realities of
life.
Dr. Greed Fear needs BOTH names changed and a
refresher course in “The Hippocratic
Oath”. With Greed and Fear gone,
there can be clarity of purpose for the profession.
Attorney
Know Your Legal Rights and The Ivory Tower Insurance Corporation
needs a COMPLETE OVERHAUL - a face
lift will not do. The system has allowed the laws be made
primarily by lawyers for lawyers and corporations. It is time the attorney provides
the Balance in the Unbalanced
system by changing the
system.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO THE MEDICAL INSURANCE CRISIS
1. Change in the Individual
